He and his helper are extremely courteous and will also explain anything you're unsure about. If you DON'T need something, he won't sell it to you! That's difficult to find in a company these days. We have used this company for 14 years at multiple addresses and for multiple family members. We refer all the time. Hearn has gotten extremely busy these days and is somewhat difficult to reach, but he's great at what he does and he's HONEST! We love him!"
